Online Security with SiteHound

I have been running a trial version of SiteHound for more than a month now as part of an effort to keep my PC secure when browsing. SiteHound is from the same people who make Mailwasher, the popular anti-spam software for Windows.

Well, I noticed nothing until today when I bumped into an article about a Kensington product while doing a search for a laptop surge protector. SiteHound immediately warned me that the site had been categorised in its database as potentially unsafe.

Of course, I didn't immediately pull out my wallet and spend $30 to register SiteHound, but I certainly found it interesting and perhaps a little bit thankful.
