Airtel's online payment system needs a spanking

Airtel (www.airtel.in) have an online system for account management and payments that I use to pay my bills online. I have been trying since yesterday to pay my latest bill without success. Let alone the interface quirks, the payments page is loading forever and actually reverts back to the original page after about 10 minutes. You can see the 'My payments' link in the image here.

Yesterday and today put together, I have now spent about 30 minutes trying to pay my bill without success. I have to now troop to the retail outlet and pay the bill directly.
